The necessity of rod stiffeners should be evaluated by a Qualified Structural Engineer.
Commonly referred to as ‘rod stiffeners, a steel strut or tube is connected to the hanging rods to increase their compression capacity and ensure they don’t buckle under seismic bracing loads.
1. Report return requests within 14 business days of receiving your purchase.
2. Include the invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase with your return request.
3. Please allow 14 business days for the processing of damaged or missing items.
4. The return is accepted within 14 days of delivery date in their original sealed packaging. In case the customer returns due to change of mind, a re-stock fee equal to 15% applies.
5. It is not possible to claim back the shipping charges that originally incurred to ship the item to the customer. It will be at the cost of the customer returning it.
6. Any exchange has to be of the same or lesser value; otherwise, some extra charges will be applicable as well.
7. Once the order is ready for dispatch, any change of mind by the customer will result in a 25% packing and admin fee being applied.
